- Surfaces to receive epoxy must be clean
- Base material temperature must be 40 deg F or above at the time of installation for best results, material should be 70 to 80 deg F at time of application
- To warm cold material, store cartridges in a warm, uniformly heated area or storage container
- Do not immerse cartridges in water to facilitate warming
- Mixed material in nozzle can harden in 30 min at temperatures of 70 deg F and above
- The load tables list values based upon results from the most recent testing and may not reflect those in current code reports
- Non-sag or thixotropic paste consistency
- 136 deg F heat deflection temperature
- 3218 psi at 2 days and 3366 psi at 14 days bond strength
- Easy hole cleaning procedure no power-brushing required
